AI Advisory Disclaimer

The limits of the AI advisory information on CAQA AI, why AI outputs need human review, and where decisions rest.

About this disclaimer

Information on the CAQA AI website is general in nature and is not a substitute for tailored professional advice. CAQA AI, part of CAQA Groups and a Career Calling International initiative, provides advisory services through agreed scopes of work based on the information supplied by the client, applicable regulatory settings and the purpose of the engagement. Regulatory, funding, accreditation, audit, legal, financial, certification or approval outcomes are determined by the relevant authority, body or decision-maker and cannot be guaranteed by website content.

Who this website is for

CAQA AI serves education and training providers, higher education institutions, businesses and government bodies that are adopting artificial intelligence and want to do so in a governed, defensible way. Content on this website is written for organisational decision-makers - boards, executives, compliance managers, educators and technology leads - rather than for consumers seeking personal advice. Nothing published here takes your organisation's individual circumstances, systems, contracts, data or regulatory obligations into account.

The services we describe

The services offered through this website include AI strategy and roadmaps, AI usage policies, academic integrity and assessment frameworks, staff capability and training, governed automation, AI assistants built on your own organisational knowledge, AI risk and compliance reviews, tool selection and procurement support, and ongoing advisory. Descriptions of these services on this website are provided so you can understand what we do; they are not a proposal, a quotation or an offer capable of acceptance. Formal advice is only provided under a written engagement as described in our Client Engagement Terms.

AI outputs require human review

Artificial intelligence systems - including large language models, automation tools, assistants and analytics products - generate outputs that can be incomplete, outdated, biased, misleading or simply wrong, even when they appear confident and well written. Any AI output produced during our work, demonstrated on this website or generated by tools we help you implement must be reviewed by a suitably qualified person before it is relied upon for any operational, educational, regulatory, financial or legal purpose. CAQA AI designs review and oversight processes precisely because unreviewed AI output is not a safe basis for decisions.

Implementation decisions remain with the client

CAQA AI advises, designs, trains and supports; we do not take over your decision-making. Decisions to adopt a tool, approve a policy, deploy an automation, rely on an AI output or change a business process remain with your organisation, its officers and its governing body at all times. Responsibility for how AI is used inside your organisation, including compliance with the laws, funding contracts, standards and professional obligations that apply to you, cannot be transferred to CAQA AI through this website or through any engagement.

Third-party tools and changing technology

Our reviews and recommendations reflect the AI tools, vendor terms, model capabilities and regulatory guidance available at the time they are prepared. AI products change frequently and without notice. A tool that was suitable when assessed may later change its pricing, data handling, model behaviour or availability, and new risks may emerge. Ongoing suitability should be reconfirmed before significant decisions, which is one reason we offer standing advisory arrangements.

No payments through this website

This website does not sell products, take bookings or process payments. There is no online checkout, subscription or paid download on this site, and accordingly no refund terms apply to website use. Advisory work is scoped, agreed and invoiced separately under a written engagement, and any fees, payment terms and cancellation arrangements are set out in that engagement documentation.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, CAQA AI and Career Calling International Pty Ltd exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on general website content, including decisions made or actions taken on the basis of material published here without obtaining tailored advice. Nothing in this disclaimer excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
